24 hours towing service

If you are really stuck, please call our 24-hour towing number or have our company dispatched via the police. We or a partner company advised by us will take care of you competently and carefully transfer your vehicle to our workshops. If possible, a replacement car will be brought to you at the same time or our towing service will bring you to your doorstep. For the cost regulation we advise you professionally.

Pick up and delivery service

For Basel and Riehen, we also offer a free pick-up and drop-off service. By appointment, you can thus have your vehicle transferred by us, combined with all the necessary care and caution.

Insurance coverage

Depending on the insurance resp. depending on the insurance policy taken out, a replacement car will be provided to you free of charge during the repair period. Check with your insurance company to see if you are entitled to a replacement car. Otherwise, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement car at attractive prices.
