Low frame chassis
With a Wenger low-frame chassis, you become more efficient and have more payload
A low-frame chassis is a design that gives you a low loading height. This makes you more efficient in the daily transport of your goods, as you can load and unload your goods even faster.
A low frame also affects the overall body height. Compared to conventional vehicle bodies, you not only save fuel but also have improved driving characteristics in the curves due to the low center of gravity.
More space for your goods
Tailored to your needs, we build the structure that suits you. Our constructions offer you more space gain compared to conventional factory superstructures. Our dimensionally accurate superstructures are provided without wheel hous ings and thus offer the maximum loading capacity. The lightweight low-frame chassis results in an increased payload, depending on the vehicle type.
Wenger low frame chassis rigid model
A low-frame chassis in rigid design enables a loading height of approx. 590 – 650 mm. With one step, you’re in the cargo area, loading and unloading your vehicle in no time.
Wenger low frame chassis lowerable model
An even lower loading height is possible with a lowerable low-frame chassis. By means of an electro-hydraulic lowering system, the loading sill height is reduced by up to 200mm to a height of between 390 – 450 mm.
